ABOUT

I initially found myself on a yoga mat in 2008 in Rishikesh, a bustling town in the foothills of the Himalayas - an area made so famous for yoga by The Beatles and their Guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Four thousand miles and a thirteen hour flight later life looked very different and my yoga practice had to change and adapt too.

Today I teach classes with the same strong Ashtanga influences that I found in Rishikesh but with added Vinyasa and movement of the body with the breath.

My teacher training with Stuart Gilchrist, one of London's most fantastic Yoga teachers, was a truly transformative experience for my practice and plays a strong part in the way that I teach (sadly I do not have the excellent Scottish accent to match!)

I love to arm balance, hand balance and stand on my head so if you have any questions about these in particular feel free to ask! Also I'm a real anatomy geek and I have extra training from a whole immersive course of applied anatomy with Dr Yogi so if you want to talk about that let me know too!

My classes are typically 60-90 minutes, have a strong energetic flow and lots of opportunity to play, try new things and breathe.

I live here in beautiful Antigua W.I. and travel across the island teaching private clients at home, on yachts and at some of the most beautiful and best hotels and studios.
